The procedure is done in two steps. Use the prepare weapon scroll to lay a magic matrix on your weapon. Then use any of the other scrolls to add enchantments you want. Note that some of these scrolls will also require a "​sacrifice"​ to be made when they are read. To sacrifice an object just stand over it when you read the weapon scroll.
