====== Intelligence (INT) ======

Intelligence is a measure of a [[:characters]] creativeness, thoughtfulness and memory. A character of high intelligence can understand the most complex incantations and enables rapid mastery of [[:skills]]. 

As a result it directly affects the following character stats:
  * [[characters:mana|Maximum Mana]]

It is also used in the following [[:skills]]: 
  * [[skills:literacy]]

A [[:characters]] intelligence can be permanently improved by using:
  * Intelligence [[equipment:potions|Potions]]

==== Base Chance to Learn New Spells (wizardry) ====
A [[:characters]] intelligence improves a player base chance to learn new [[skills:wizardry|wizardry]] [[:spells]] when using the [[skills:literacy]] skill according to the following:
